ok abt yesterday's training..
quite heong.. esp the drills part..
den when pt time alot of us wan die alr..
den ronald say he got stomachache
den Xavier sir ask him go run 4 rounds..
den ronald say never mind and join back the squad

den was warm ups..
after warm ups was running..
all of us run so slow lol..
mostly walking..
after tt we went fitness corner..
den we had many stations we had to complete..
my group was haoyong, clayton, joshua, gavin and i
gavin couldnt do the monkey bars.. so other than that we finished quite early
den we were dismissed..
den we saw a trolley at the track area..
den andy use the trolley try to catch the soccer ball that gabriel kick..
den he xuan damm extra.. shall not elaborate
after that we ask levine climb into the trolley..
den jeremy push levine around..
den levine keep screaming like a girl..

den ma'am saw..
by the time.. alot of us alr left..
so i duno if ma'am did anything to them
after tt haoyong, andy, jasper, zhi jie, shaun and i went to buy bubble tea..
zhi jie changed his mind and went to cheers to buy a 1.5l bottle of pepsi..
he got scammed lols..
he pay $2.35 for it..
NTUC sell for $1.80 or $1.90..
lol..
but actually its more worth than bubble tea..
so i duno lol..
after tt i went bak home..
den eat dinner
den watch tv
den read books
den watch tv again..
